Ascend is South Africa’s first homegrown functional fitness race — and we need a powerful crew to help us bring the vibes, manage the madness, and keep the energy sky-high on race day.

💥 We’re calling on the legends to step up and volunteer as:

• 🧑‍⚖️ Judges – Help count reps, keep athletes accountable, and bring that gees the athletes will need. Don’t stress – we’ll guide you through everything!
• 💪 General Volunteers – Support set-up, check-ins, hydration zones, warm up areas, good vibes, and more.

Whether you’re keen for a half-day or you’re in for the full-day party, we’d love to have you on the team.
